Dose as in eGFR less than 10ml/min/1.73m2 . Dialysed; give after dialysis

 

Hepatic impairment

Use with caution in patients with hepatic impairment.

Not known to be harmful in pregnancy

Breastfeeding

Present in milk in low concentrations, but appropriate to use
