Note: dose ranges use creatinine clearance, rather than eGFR.

No dose adjustment required but monitor hepatic function during treatment.

Additional information
Cycloserine levels should be monitored in all patients, especially in those with renal impairment or if dose exceeds 500 mg daily or if signs of toxicity. Cycloserine level should not exceed 35 mg/L.
