Renal and hepatic impairment

Renal impairment

Use with caution in renal impairment as tetracycline antibiotics may exacerbate renal failure.

Hepatic impairment

Contra-indicated in chronic hepatic dysfunction. Use with caution in patients who are also receiving potentially hepatotoxic drugs.
