Standard dose

Day 1 of treatment

400mg iv single dose  

Day 8 of treatment and onwards

(Maintenance)

200mg iv on day 8 and then once weekly

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

Pregnancy: Avoid unless benefit to mother outweighs risk to foetus. There is no data from the use of rezafungin in pregnancy. Discuss with Micro/ID and pharmacy.
