Dose in renal impairment

eGFR (mL/min/1.73m²)	Dose
10-50	Give the full dose on alternate days
Less than 10	Give the full dose on alternate days
HD/HDF/High Flux/PD	Dose as in eGFR less than 10ml/min/1.73m². Unlikely dialysability.

Use in hepatic impairment

Avoid use in chronic or active liver disease.
