Dose in renal impairment

No dose adjustment is required for patients with renal impairment/ peritoneal dialysis/ haemodialysis.

Use in hepatic impairment

Mild-moderate hepatic impairment: No dose adjustment is necessary.

Severe hepatic impairment: Use with caution. Initially give 100mg loading dose followed by 25mg every 12 hours.

Pregnancy

Contraindicated in pregnancy.

Breastfeeding

Discuss with pharmacy.
