100mg po on Alternatively 200 mg for 1 dose, dose to be taken following exposure to a trigger. |
Obesity
No dose adjustment required in obesity.

Hepatic impairment
Avoid in severe hepatic impairment.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Pregnancy: Contraindicated in pregnancy; teratogenic risk in the first trimester.
Breastfeeding: Present in breastmilk – short term use not known to be harmful
