The following guidelines are intended for patients being managed by Acute Hospital At Home (AHAH).

NB:

For a frail patient consider following the frailty guideline
If the patient has signs of severe sepsis/septic shock, see the Sepsis guideline.
If initial treatment is intravenous, consider rapid switch to orals.
