In EPR, click Communicate
In the To: section, type Neuroscience and press Enter
Select "Access Team Appointments JR Neurosciences OP"
Double click to select this as the address
(Right click to add to your address book for next time)
In the body of the message, type ~R and select ~R-ED_FirstFit to open up a pro forma
Complete the proforma and click Send
The patient should be given a First Fit leaflet and this should be documented in the patient notes
