TIA

Refer to the TIA Clinic

• In EPR, click Communicate
• In the To: section, type Consult TIA and press Enter
• Click Pool
• Double click to select this as the address
• (Right click to add to your address book for next time)
• In the body of the message, type ~R and select ~R-TIA/MinorStroke_Referral to open up a pro forma
• Complete the proforma and click Send
