To refer to Fracture Prevention Service:

Select the document on EPR you wish to send to them as means of referral (such as an ED discharge letter)
Right click the text on the document
Select Forward
From the yellow drop-down menu, click Sign
In the "To" section, type Fracture Prevention
Click on the binoculars
Select Pool
Click Fracture Prevention Services to send them the referral
