Preferred (including non-severe penicillin allergy)
cefazolin iv see dosing table below

If oral lesions, add metronidazole 30mg/kg iv (Max 500mg)
Alternative
For penicillin allergy (severe) or MRSA positive
teicoplanin 10mg/kg iv single dose (Max 800mg)
If oral lesions, add metronidazole 30mg/kg iv (Max 500mg)
